Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Nexstack LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality design and development services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Deposit Refunds
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee.
After Work Begins
Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial research, planning, and early design work. However, you will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project in progress:
- •You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- •We will provide an itemized breakdown of work completed and associated costs
- •Any amounts paid beyond the work completed will be refunded within 14 business days
- •You will receive all deliverables and source files for the completed portions of the project
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for your complete satisfaction with our work. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables:
- •We will work with you through the included revision rounds to address your concerns
- •If after all included revisions you remain unsatisfied, we will discuss options including additional revisions or a partial refund
- •Refund requests based on dissatisfaction must be made within 14 days of final delivery
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- •Rush fees and expedited service charges
- •Third-party costs (stock images, fonts, domain registration, hosting, etc.)
- •Completed and approved work
- •Consultation and strategy sessions that have been conducted
- •Print production costs once printing has begun
6. Refund by Service Type
Logo Design
Refunds are available up to the presentation of initial concepts. Once concepts are presented, the fee covers the creative work performed.
Website Design & Development
Milestone-based projects: Refunds are calculated based on milestones completed. Work completed through approved milestones is non-refundable.
Branding Packages
Refunds are prorated based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of cancellation.
Marketing Creatives
Individual assets that have been approved are non-refundable. Remaining assets in a package may be refunded.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email at billing@nexstack.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
8. Project Pausing
If you need to pause a project rather than cancel:
- •Projects may be paused for up to 60 days without penalty
- •After 60 days, the project is considered cancelled and standard cancellation terms apply
- •Resumed projects may require scope and timeline adjustments
9. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:
- •Requesting a review by our management team
- •Engaging in mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third party
